DHS Warrantless Blackhawk Helicopter Raid Video
This is the infamous edited portion of the video taped SWAT raid
of the Davis' residence, depicting 27 DHS Agents armed with assault weapons,
belonging to the Special Response Team joined by the Bureau of Immigration and
Customs Enforcement and the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection Air and
Marine Unit.
DHS Agents participating in the Blackhawk helicopter raid of the Davis residence
and conducting another warrantless search include Special Response Team Leader
Marcus Custer, former Special Agent In Charge (OPR/ICE) Jimmy Wong, Resident
Agent In Charge (RAC) Herbert P. Kaufer, Special Agent Robert Broyles, Special
Agent Jeffrey Deal, Special Agent Pam Herrington, Special Agent Kim Paul, Special
Agent Rob Broyles, Special Agent William Mataya, Special Agent Matt Perry, Special
Agent Mike Sauerborn, Special Agent Archuleta, Special Agent Jacobo and others.
San Diego Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Director of Field Operations Adele
Fasano, DHS/CBP Legal Counsel Caroline Clark and DHS/CBP Legal Counsel Michele
Kenney participated in the preparation of this and other warrantless searches
and warrantless surveillance in the Davis case and accepted property obtained
in the said warrantless searches from Agents Kaufer, Deal, Broyles and others.
